You can buy online on our website.
2. How do I get more information about an item before I place my order?

3. How do I place an order on Soven Home?
You can add the chosen items to your shopping cart and place an order on our website, or you can also get in touch with us at info@sovenhome.com, and we can place the order on your behalf.
4. Can I place an order on WhatsApp?
Yes, you can order on WhatsApp.
5. How do I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, an email and a WhatsApp notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message.
6. Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed?
Yes, you can do so by contacting us through email or on our WhatsApp helpline number provided in the "Contact Us" section on our website.
7. Can I see the products before I buy them?
a. It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, we can share real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.
b. We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you will love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also check product reviews on our website before placing an order.
8. What is the origin of the product?
We manufacture and curate unique home decor products from across Southeast Asia. We also have our own manufacturing unit in Khurja, India, where 100+ artisans strive to make the best quality products for our customers.
9. I want my order early. Can you help?
a. You can opt for express shipping while placing your order (charges begin from Rs.200 and vary depending on your order value).
b. We can expedite delivery for select pincodes to reach you within 4-5 days. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team for more details.
Delivery
1. How do I check the estimated delivery date for my order?
a. At the checkout page, when you add your pincode and address details, an estimated delivery date will be shown to you.
b. Once you have placed your order, you can also check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp/email.
2. Can you deliver my item faster than mentioned on the checkout page?
a. The delivery time depends on the logistic network available in your location. We always try to deliver as soon as possible.
b. However, you can opt for express shipping at checkout and check the estimated delivery date before placing the order.
3. Do you ship internationally?
It depends on the order value and country. For further inquiry, kindly contact us at info@sovenhome.com.
Returns & Refunds
1. What do I do if I receive a damaged/defective or incorrect product?
a. We pack our products with care to ensure safe delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately.
b. Some of our products are artisanal and handmade, and slight variations in texture, color, and size are natural. These are not considered defects.
c. In rare cases of incorrect or missing products, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your package. If you receive a delivery notification but haven't received the parcel, contact our team within 24 hours.
2. What should I keep in mind while returning a product?
The returned items must have their original packaging, be unused, and in the same condition as received. All original papers should also be returned with the product.
3. Can I return a product if I do not want it or do not like it?
a. We accept returns up to 7 days post-delivery. Please specify the items you wish to return. Ensure you return the correct item before handing it over to the pickup agent.
b. The return will be processed without charges. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and issue store credits worth the returned item’s value. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
c. We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a return fee if multiple returns are initiated from the same account in a short timeframe.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cannot be canceled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once packed/shipped, an order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if not accepted. For COD orders, future orders may be denied. For prepaid orders, a two-way shipping charge may be applied.
5. Can I get a refund instead of store credit?
a. We do not offer refunds and only provide store credit for returns.
b. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Bulk Orders & Customization
1. How can I place a bulk order through Soven Home?
You can share your order query via email or WhatsApp, and our team will get in touch with you at the earliest.
2. Can I customize an item?
We do not offer product customization. However, you can add a gift wrap or a gift message at checkout.
Payment
1. What are my payment options
a. You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, PayPal, or Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery.
b. If you have a Soven Home Gift Card or discount code, enter the code at checkout under "Gift card or discount code" and click "Apply."
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
a. Yes, COD is available for all orders.
b. For COD orders below Rs.500, a shipping fee of Rs.90 is charged. For COD orders above Rs.500, a shipping fee of Rs.40 is charged.
3. Can I pay through a bank transfer?
Yes, you can contact our customer care team, and we will provide the necessary details.
4. Does Soven Home retain my card or account details?
a. Your personal information is safe with us.
b. We use your details only for order processing and communication. We never share your information with third parties.
